Steven is an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist with a master’s degree in clinical psychology from Antioch University – Los Angeles. Working with clients in both residential and outpatient settings, he has helped individuals and families seeking support with depression, anxiety, suicidal ideation, self-harm, substance abuse, and challenges with self-esteem and identity. His therapeutic approach is grounded in humanistic, existential, and mindfulness-based principles, always beginning with the belief that each person is unique and requires individualized care. Integrating evidence-based modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Steven helps clients build insight, emotional regulation, and resilience, and a greater sense of purpose and meaning in their lives.
