Dr. Aytona obtained his marriage and family degree from the University of Phoenix and later his doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology. Dr. Aytona has worked in a variety of settings including inpatient psychiatric, residential treatment programs, foster care, private practice, and individuals within the justice system. Throughout his experiences, he has worked extensively with depression, anxiety, psychosis, self-harm, suicidality, and individuals that have experienced trauma. Due to his strong background in psychodynamic theory and Cognitive Behavioral therapy, Dr. Aytona utilizes relationship building and evidenced based interventions to provide treatment.
