Rehabs for 12-17 years old are recovery centers that are created with the needs of a teenager in mind, setting them apart from adult rehab programs. The comprehensive program provides a blend of therapy and social activities to keep the teen engaged in his or her treatment process.

A teenager rehab is located in a private residential setting where they are able to focus on treatment. The duration of the stay will depend on custom treatment plan outlined from their initial evaluation. Academic support is provided, with on-site tutors keeping them moving forward on their coursework.

What to Expect at a Rehab for Teenagers

After the initial evaluation, the teen begins the rehabilitation phase of recovery. This involves a variety of treatment interventions, including:
